About The Laptop Hut

Laptop Hut Ltd was born in May 2006.  Unimpressed with the antics of previous employers, the 2 founders / directors Mike Broom and Stanislas Vandamme decided to start a business based on honesty and professionalism.

The underlying principles remain to this day.

We want to offer service that we would be happy to receive ourselves, (and we are very demanding).

We currently service laptops for hundreds of individuals and businesses alike, and every one carries with it our reputation, as well as our warranty.

Day to day, we always aim to do business with consideration for the environmental impact of our work.  Since 2007, disposal of electronic waste has been governed by the WEEE directive.  We are proud that we have been adopting processes that exceed these requirements from day one, and long before the directive was announced.

Landfill of waste is a huge problem, and we are keen that the legacy of our work will not be found buried in 100 years time.

I recently had my VAIO desktop repaired by the Laptop Hut and just wanted to thank you for a first class service. From the initial contact through to getting the PC sent back your company provided a very high level of customer care. I was also very impressed with the honesty shown and the fact although I thought I would need a (costly) motherboard replacement your guys actually fixed the issue rather than simply ordering a replacement part.
