A breakdown of the repair process is below:
We work with logistic partner DPD to offer a secure, insured, and waste free transit service.
On the agreed day of collection, you will receive an sms message indicating a 1 hour time slot for your collection.
The DPD driver will arrive with a purpose made transit case for your device, he will pack it for you and security seal it in front of you.
You will receive a receipt of transit and the repair process has started.
Usually within 48hours of the collection, you will receive news of our inspection and what work needs to be done.
There is no obligation to proceed with the quotation, and if you wish to receive the device back unrepaired the charge for transport / inspection is £29.95 inc vat.
If you wish to proceed, you will be given an estimated return date, based on parts availability.
The unit is returned with DPD, who will take away all packaging to be re-used. On arrival you will receive a full report indicating what was done and a vat receipt for any costs incurred
